WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Shipping times are between 5-12 days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends and some products may arrive separately. 

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. Orders are processed once you receive your confirmation email. You will need to reach out to customer service before order shipment, if you would like to make any changes.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you place your order,  Typically orders take 5-12 days to be delivered to you after processing. All products are made to order  further details will be included within your tracking email depending on your address. 

*Tracking numbers are sent during order preparation...Please wait a few days to see updates once the package begins moving. Orders are shipped with USPS and update once movement begins*

SHIPPING

To ensure that your package is delivered in a timely manner, please confirm that you are using the correct address such as:

  • Name
  • Address (Specify Apt #)
  • City, State
  • Zip code

 in their respective order. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings and apartment numbers will be extremely critical for timely delivery. CULTURE INDUSTRIES is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. Once the package has left our Headquarters and you received your tracking number then is in the hands of the post office and we have no control over the package.

If a package returns to us because the customer inputs an incorrect address, then that customer is responsible for paying shipping fees to send the package for the second occasion. Please make sure to double check your address in the order.

All shipping times exclude clearance/ customs delays. Your order may take additional days during peak periods.
